What is Life Coaching?

Life Coaching is a process of using one’s knowledge, intelligence and skills to help their clients reach optimal potential. What they consider to be their optimal potential, this is a very important distinction.
This is done through a variety of techniques and exercises that help to reveal one’s roadblocks, insight and dreams. The objective is to hold you, the client, accountable to yourself and your dreams. To give you the tools to achieve confidence, self-discipline and independence in your choices.
Life Coaching is aimed at helping you with personal growth, understanding how to get to where you want to be in life, whether it be career, relationship or well being related. It enables you to see the steps necessary to get there, laying out a plan, and ultimately, holding you accountable to your goals so you can achieve them.
Life Coaching can be presented in many different ways; one to one sessions, over the phone, online or in person. There are individual or group sessions. Sessions during a seminar or at a retreat. All of these have their place and value to offer.
There are also many types of Life Coaching; Spiritual, Analytical, Career, Relationship, Athletic, Artistic, Personal Growth, Health and Wellness, the list goes on.
The important thing to note is that we all could use some positive support and direction in life. With Life Coaching you get that and so much more. As Life Coaching is generally time-limited, recipients are often repeat users of this service. Why just stop at one dream when most of us have many?
We all want to live a good life. That’s why I truly believe, “No dream is too big and no effort is too small” when working towards the good life!
